The insights that can be gleaned throughout the lifecycle of a digital asset, from collaborative creation to publication and beyond, have become important tools in developing material that drives business growth. However, managing the complexities of creating and publishing global content has been a challenge for organizations.
Tenovos is a data-first digital asset management (DAM) platform, designed to empower brands to streamline and automate this process. The objective is to measure content performance across channels and campaigns, enabling teams to quantify the success of their assets.
By integrating the cloud native Tenovos platform into existing technology stacks, businesses can centralize and share brand assets (both internally and externally) and then automate creative, review, and administrative workflows and processes.
This is combined with compliance rules to govern global rights and content licensing, and the ability to measure the performance of published content across digital channels, including e-commerce platforms. Tenovos is built natively on AWS to maximize performance and scale, and designed around a microservices foundation. Functionality is extended via APIs tuned to specific endpoints such as PIM or CMS integrations.
Recognising the value of this composable approach, Tenovos joined the MACH Alliance in September 2022 and has already activated partnerships, particularly in North America.
These collaborations have led to extended product information management (PIM) integration, enabling the two-way transfer of data and assets between PIM and DAM. Tenovos automatically pulls metadata from the PIM and maps it directly to the related assets. This saves considerable time and reduces the likelihood of errors when creating new product pages on e-commerce websites.
Elsewhere, Tenovos enables direct-to-channel publishing, ensuring users only choose the appropriate content to publish, and accelerating speed to market by automating processes.
Tenovos has also built integrations with digital rights management (DRM) systems, so that licensing agreements are automatically attached directly to assets. This enables companies to use best-in-class DRM tools as their source of truth for licensing, while automating the otherwise manual and error-prone processes of regulating content access and use.
These innovations demonstrate Tenovos’ plans to reimagine the DAM space, moving beyond the traditional perspective that DAMs are simply content archives or workflow platforms.
Tenovos will marry contextual content performance data to customer data platforms (CDPs). In turn, this helps brands personalize and optimize the content being created at scale, by developing updated content tracking technologies, measurement capabilities, and system integrations.
