About the MACH Alliance

The MACH Alliance is a global industry body driving a movement for openness, composability, and connectivity in the AI era. Our membership spans over 100 technology vendors, hyperscalers, systems integrators, and enablers working with hundreds of enterprise brands — backed by a practitioner community of over 250,000. We set technical standards, convene enterprise and technology leaders, and are building one of the world’s first Agent Ecosystems: where AI agents, orchestration, and autonomous systems run on a proven MACH foundation.

About the Role

The MACH Alliance’s end-user brand community is one of its most powerful assets. Our Ambassadors — senior practitioners from leading enterprise brands such as Ikea, easyJet, NBA, Diageo, Mars — are the people building on MACH technologies, shaping buying decisions, and demonstrating what composable and agentic architectures look like in practice.

We’re looking for a Senior Manager - Ambassador and Executive Programs to own this audience end-to-end. You’ll grow the Ambassador Program, deepen engagement, and build the programs that make it professionally and commercially valuable — for Ambassadors, for MACH members, and for the Alliance.

This is a strategic role. You’ll take a program with strong foundations and scale it quickly, bringing structure, pipeline discipline, and creativity to how we recruit, activate, and retain brand practitioners across Europe and North America. You’ll work closely with the Managing Director, Head of Marketing, and Agent Ecosystem Lead, and serve as the key connector between the brand community and the broader MACH partner ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

Recruitment & Pipeline
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline of prospective Ambassadors using Crossbeam and Apollo.
  • Develop target lists across enterprise brands in Europe and North America.
  • Own Ambassador recruitment from initial outreach through to onboarding.
  • Use the MACH Impact Awards as a vehicle for recruitment and ongoing engagement.
Ambassador Program & Lifecycle
  • Scale and deepen the existing Ambassador Program — growing active membership quickly.
  • Manage the full Ambassador lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, recognition, and retention.
  • Extend relationships beyond individual Ambassadors to their wider teams and organizations.
  • Oversee the MACH Introduction Service, facilitating meaningful connections between Ambassadors, MACH members, and peer practitioners.
Practitioner Programs & Partnerships
  • Design and deliver exclusive practitioner programs that create genuine peer value and deepen engagement with the MACH community.
  • Align Ambassadors and their respective organizations with Alliance training initiatives.
  • Identify and develop collaboration opportunities that bring brand and vendor audiences together.
  • Work with the Director of Partnerships on commercial program design as the role evolves.
Thought Leadership & Showcasing
  • Own the co-creation of brand practitioner thought leadership, working with the Head of Marketing and Agent Ecosystem Lead to develop briefs and drive output.
  • Drive the case study pipeline — surfacing Ambassador stories and coordinating production end-to-end.
  • Ensure Ambassadors are visible across MACH programs, channels, and events.
Association & Network Partnerships
  • Build strategic partnerships with CIO networks, CDO communities, and relevant practitioner associations to expand the Alliance’s brand audience.
  • Represent the MACH brand community at relevant industry forums and events.
Events & Community
  • Serve as the conduit between the brand audience and MACH X event programming, working with the Events team on speaker and agenda curation.
  • Drive brand audience growth, measured in MACH X attendees and community portal registrants.

What Success Looks Like

  • The Ambassador Program has grown significantly in active, engaged membership.
  • A healthy, well-qualified pipeline of prospective Ambassadors is maintained and tracked.
  • Brand programs are running, well-attended, and creating genuine value for participants.
  • Brand audience metrics are moving: MACH X attendance from enterprise brands is up; community portal registrants are growing.
  • Ambassadors are visible — case studies are published, speakers are on stage, stories are in the market.
  • Strategic association partnerships are expanding the Alliance’s reach into new brand audiences.
  • Commercial outcomes flowing through the ecosystem — introductions, partnerships — are tracked and reported.

You’ll Thrive Here If You…

  • Have 6+ years’ experience in business development, alliance management, or audience and community engagement — ideally with a track record that spans both pipeline and program delivery.
  • Are a natural prospector — comfortable with outbound outreach, follow-through, and building a qualified pipeline from scratch.
  • Understand enterprise technology buying landscapes and how senior practitioners think.
  • Excel at building relationships across practitioner, commercial, and executive stakeholders.
  • Are comfortable working in pipeline tools — Crossbeam, Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Can move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution without losing either.
  • Are energized by building: you’ll inherit a program with strong foundations and be expected to scale it fast.
  • Care about the future of open, composable, and intelligent enterprise technology.

Compensation, Incentives & Benefits

  • Base salary of CAD $95,000–$115,000 (or equivalent), plus variable of up to 20% tied to Ambassador growth and program metrics.
  • SPIF for hitting specific Ambassador recruitment milestones.
  • Team-wide retention bonus based on annual churn thresholds.
  • 25 working days of annual leave.
  • Health, dental, and vision coverage via Remote.com Basic Healthcare Plan.
