Integration teams learn why a flow failed, and get a remediation proposed, without reading run logs themselves.
Integration builds start from a generated, reviewable flow instead of hand-configured connectors and mappings.
An agent inside the integration platform that builds a flow, its field mappings, and any connector it needs from a prompt, including for APIs it has not seen.
Researches an API and builds the connector, the flow, and the field mappings from a prompt, and asks before it removes anything already on the canvas.
Building an ecommerce integration is slow, specialist work. Connecting commerce, resource planning, warehouse, and order systems means configuring connectors, authentication, endpoints, flow logic, and field-by-field data mappings by hand, and building a new connector from scratch whenever an API is not already supported. Each of those steps needs someone who knows both systems, so the work queues behind the specialists available to do it.
The cost falls on merchants, on the partners and systems integrators who run implementations for them, and on the internal teams who maintain the integrations afterwards. Implementation cycles stretch out, and the same mapping work is repeated for every new trading partner or system added to the estate.
The Implementation Agent is a platform agent inside AI Studio, the agent layer of the Patchworks integration platform. It is reached from an AI chat panel inside the process flow canvas, Connector Builder, and the mapping screens, so it works on the same objects a person would otherwise configure by hand. A user describes the integration or the connector in plain language, and can attach an integration specification, a sample payload, or a screenshot of an existing configuration as a PDF, an image, or a text file. The agent proposes what it intends to build, surfaces the decisions that need a person, such as which connector instance to use, rather than guessing, and asks for approval before removing steps that already exist.
Flow Builder builds a complete flow on the canvas from a single prompt, including the trigger, the connector steps, and the mappings between them. Follow-up prompts refine it: adding filters, changing the trigger, extending the flow, and sourcing a connector from the Marketplace. Smart Mapping resolves field-by-field mappings between a source and a destination schema, matching field names, applying transformations such as format conversion, string casting, and fallbacks, and combining source fields, for example a first and a last name into a full name.
Connector Builder AI works from a described API rather than a specification file: it researches the API, detects the authentication method and the variables it needs, maps the endpoints and parameters, and generates the configuration for review. It works best with an OpenAPI or Swagger specification. Called from Flow Builder, the same agent creates any connector the flow is missing inside the same conversation, with placeholder instances and mapping steps, so a flow that needs two connectors which do not exist yet can be assembled in one pass.
Generated flows run on Patchworks' deterministic integration runtime: the agent works at design time, and production execution stays predictable. Users review and refine what it built through follow-up prompts before setting a flow live.

Every organization named here has a page listing the rest of its work on the Hub.

Integration teams learn why a flow failed, and get a remediation proposed, without reading run logs themselves.

Integrations move off an older platform from an export file instead of a manual reverse-engineering and rebuild.

Every integration flow gets documentation written from its actual configuration, not from memory.
