Integration builds start from a generated, reviewable flow instead of hand-configured connectors and mappings.
Integration teams learn why a flow failed, and get a remediation proposed, without reading run logs themselves.
A platform agent in Patchworks AI Studio that investigates failing integration flows, names the root cause in plain language, and proposes the fix.
Works out which runs failed and why by reading logs and scripts itself, then states the change it would make before applying anything.
When an integration fails, working out why is slow, specialist work. Someone digs through run logs, error groups, and scripts to establish which step broke, and then has to separate that step from the cascade of retries and generic failure messages it set off. Meanwhile orders, stock, and customer data stop moving between systems, and the longer a diagnosis takes, the longer the business runs on stale records.
The people who carry that cost are the merchants whose storefronts and back office depend on those flows, the partners and systems integrators who support them, and the internal operations teams who answer for them day to day. Diagnosis depends on a person who knows the flow and can read its logs, so a failure that looks routine can sit unresolved until that person is free.
The Health Monitor Agent is a platform agent inside AI Studio, the agent layer of the Patchworks integration platform. It is opened from Platform Agents, or from the Process Flow Run Logs page while someone is reviewing failures, and takes a question in plain language. Its inputs are the runtime's own records: the flow runs, the logs those runs produce, the error groups collected from them, and the scripts attached to the flow.
The answer is read off that data rather than off a fixed template. The agent locates the failing runs, establishes when they failed, how many times, and whether the failure is still recurring, and reads the logs and scripts behind them. It separates the underlying reason from the error groups that sit downstream of it, so the reply is the one thing that needs fixing rather than every message the flow emitted, and it points out where to investigate next, including practical constraints such as how long payloads are kept.
Where there is a remediation it can describe, it sets out exactly what it would change and why, and asks before anything is applied. An approved change is handed to the Implementation Agent, which edits the flow, for example by inserting a validation step ahead of the step that was failing. The agent is explicit that a guarded fix addresses the symptom and that the upstream cause should still be traced. Flows themselves run on the platform's deterministic integration runtime, so a fix is a configuration change to a flow rather than generated code.
The submission's worked example is a question about recent flow failures. The agent returns one failure in the previous seven days, identifies an invalid JSON payload at the Map step as the root cause, explains that the other error groups are downstream consequences, and says where to investigate next.

Every organization named here has a page listing the rest of its work on the Hub.

Integration builds start from a generated, reviewable flow instead of hand-configured connectors and mappings.

Integrations move off an older platform from an export file instead of a manual reverse-engineering and rebuild.

Every integration flow gets documentation written from its actual configuration, not from memory.
