The Movement
In September 2022, more than 100 Women in MACH met for the first time to create a Manifesto for change.
Because MACH is a modern category and a community driving forward a new era in enterprise technology, we feel obligated to urge companies in our ecosystem to do more to nurture the success of women and advance gender equality.
The MACH Alliance ‘Women in MACH Manifesto for Gender Diversity’ lays out why we feel passionately that change is needed, and lists practical action steps companies can sign up to, pledging to drive change in their own organizations as an example to others.
