Women in MACH

The first Women in MACH Flagship Event in Madrid last year was an overwhelming success.

The momentum the Women in MACH movement and community has had in just one year, clearly shows how important this initiative is for our space to extend our pioneering spirit from tech to people.

We have written a manifesto - and the vast majority of our members have signed it and committed to being an ally. Now it’s time to go beyond the manifesto - and start making MACH tech a truly diverse and inclusive space for all of us.

Event Purpose

Inspire and support Women in MACH in developing their own skills, competencies and career paths
To take the next step towards equal opportunities for Women in MACH
To define challenges on the path to turning our manifesto into every Women in MACH’s reality
To define and propose solutions to turn the manifesto into actionable programs that support our members in adopting the manifesto in day-to-day business
All of that is encapsulated in Women in MACH 2023 - Beyond Boundaries.

FAQ

When should I arrive in Madrid?

We will begin bright and early the morning of September 21st. We recommend that you arrive the day before, September 20th, to adjust to the time difference and get some rest.

When should I depart?

The event will conclude after dinner on September 21st at 10pm. You are free to depart the morning of September 22nd.

How can I connect with other women who arrive earlier?

Is there a dresscode?

We recommend business casual, but also believe that you should wear what you love and feel comfortable.

Is the Hotel cost covered in the ticket?

Hotel cost is not included in the ticket. We’d love to give you some recommendations of nice hotels that are a short walk from the venue. Please take care of booking your own hotels and flights for this event.
