Exchange Solutions joined the MACH Alliance as a certified ISV member because composability isn't a feature — it's the foundation of how the platform is built. Every product deploys independently and integrates into existing enterprise stacks — commerce platforms, CDPs, POS systems, and martech — on the customer's terms, not the vendor's.  The company focuses on providing an open, event-driven approach to loyalty and promotional infrastructure that can work alongside existing technology environments.

 

Exchange Solutions has expanded its product portfolio with several capabilities aligned to MACH principles and the growing demand for AI-native infrastructure:

  • Promo Enhance™ — A 90-day promotional enhancement layer that adds advanced offer and analytics capabilities to existing loyalty programs without platform replacement, enabling brands to modernize incrementally rather than through rip-and-replace cycles.
  • AI-powered offer decisioning — Modular AI agents embedded within ES Loyalty™ for loyalty personalization, audience building, and insights, deployable independently based on organizational readiness.
  • RAG-powered analytics — Retrieval-augmented generation capabilities that surface actionable member insights (e.g,. churn scores, propensity scores, etc.) without exposing raw customer data, enabling smarter decisions with stronger privacy controls.
  • Agent-driven optimization — Agentic workflows that respond to live customer signals for real-time offer targeting and automated audience treatment across systems — not just within the Exchange Solutions platform.

The legacy loyalty and promotion platform model — closed architecture, bundled capabilities, vendor-controlled data — is structurally incompatible with where retail is heading. Exchange Solutions is positioned to accelerate its displacement. Over the next 12–18 months, the company is deepening its AI-native infrastructure so that real-time personalization, continuous experimentation, and agentic decisioning are first-class capabilities — not roadmap promises bolted onto a monolith.
