MACH Alliance membership has always created commercial value. Relationships formed at events, introductions made through the Ambassador program, and partner overlaps identified through the network have led to real pipeline and real deals.
Until now, most of that has gone unrecorded. We're changing that.
This year, we are building the infrastructure to track where MACH is sourcing and influencing commercial outcomes, and to use our network more actively to generate new ones. This document outlines what we are doing, what it means for your company, and what we need from you.
What we're building
Attribution
We are setting up systematic attribution across MACH activities so we can measure and report on commercial influence. That includes introductions we facilitate, Ambassador relationships, event attendance, community participation, and account overlap identified through MACH Connect.
Twice a year, participating members will receive a report showing total introductions facilitated, opportunities influenced, pipeline and estimated ARR impacted, and the number of accounts where multiple MACH members are active.
MACH Connect
Launched at MACH X: Toronto in April 2026, MACH Connect is powered by Crossbeam, a partner ecosystem platform that securely maps your data against partners' data to surface mutual opportunities for co-selling – without exposing private customer information. It is the ecosystem intelligence layer for the MACH community.
When you connect with MACH Alliance on Crossbeam, we can identify where your accounts overlap with other members' and with our own network of enterprise buyers, Ambassadors, and event attendees. You retain full control of your data – account-level detail is never shared with another member without your explicit agreement.
MACH Connect enables three things:
- Ecosystem intelligence: understand where strategic overlap already exists across the MACH community, so you know where to focus partnership and GTM activity.
- Partner-sourced pipeline: see where MACH members already have relationships inside your target accounts and use MACH to facilitate warm introductions on a double opt-in basis.
- Commercial attribution: connect your MACH participation to measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
What you can do now
1. Connect on Crossbeam
This is the single most valuable action you can take. Connecting takes minutes and gives us the overlap data we need to identify relevant introductions and ecosystem opportunities for you.
You control what is shared. We never surface your account list to other members. If there are specific members you do not want your data shared with, you can provide a blacklist.
2. Go deeper
Once you are connected, the next step is to share your visibility preferences with us – your customers, open opportunities, and prospects – along with your ideal customer and partner profile. The more context we have, the more precisely we can identify co-sell opportunities and flag relevant introductions. This is optional, but it is where the program starts to create real commercial value. Members who share more get more back.
3. Submit a target account or introduction request
If there is a specific account you are trying to get into, a partner type you are looking for, or an ecosystem connection you want to make, tell us. We will use Crossbeam data, Ambassador relationships, event attendance, and CRM insight to identify and facilitate the right introduction.
Contact your MACH Alliance liaison to submit a request. Include:
- Target account or account type
- Desired partner or connection
- Industry and geography
- What you are trying to achieve
4. Help us help you
When you tell us which relationships, introductions, and events are creating commercial outcomes, we can make smarter introductions, identify similar opportunities, and advocate for more visibility and support for your team across the ecosystem. Speak to your liaison, or feed it back directly after any MACH touchpoint.
What's coming
MACH Introduction Service
At MACH X: Amsterdam (September 28-30), we are launching the MACH Introduction Service – a structured program to connect attendees with relevant members, partners, and enterprise buyers based on their stated priorities.
Attendees will opt-in at registration and provide a short brief covering their priority areas and topics, target geography, company size and sector, and whether they are looking to buy. In the two weeks after the event, we use that information alongside Crossbeam overlap data to facilitate the most relevant introductions.

Connecting you with enterprise buyers
MACH Alliance has a growing community of enterprise technology buyers through our Ambassador program. We use those relationships to facilitate introductions between members and relevant end users - based on industry, geography, and initiative type.
This works both ways. When we identify a relevant match between a member and an enterprise buyer, we will make the introduction. All members are considered as opportunities arise.
Proof of the ecosystem in practice
One of the signals we will start tracking through MACH Connect is multi-member account presence - enterprise accounts where two or more MACH members are already active. These accounts are where composable and agentic architectures are being built in practice.
Where members are open to it, we will use these as the basis for ecosystem case studies, MACH Impact Award nominations, and joint storytelling. If you are working on a composable or agentic implementation alongside other MACH members and are open to telling that story, talk to your liaison.

To get started, please introduce us to the person responsible for partnerships, alliances, or sales within your organization so we can schedule a brief conversation.

The program runs on participation. Connect, submit requests, and tell us what's working.
