What is it?

As part of the MACH AI Exchange, we’re running a series of cross-vendor hackathons focused on real-world, agentic AI use cases. We’re looking for a Hackathon Delivery Lead to manage the operational delivery of these initiatives — from roadmap creation to MVP handover. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role suited to someone who’s highly organised, comfortable working across multiple stakeholders, and experienced in managing fast-paced technical programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the overall hackathon roadmap and delivery timeline
• Coordinate with brand sponsors, MACH vendors, and technical teams
• Secure required environments and tools
• Facilitate planning sessions, check-ins, and final showcases
• Track progress and surface risks or blockers early

Eligibility Requirements

• Proven experience in program delivery or technical project management
• Confident working across multiple organisations and time zones
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, and integration workflows
• Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills
• Ideally, experience with MACH architecture or AI/agent-based systems
