FutureMACH Pitch Day Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

To participate in the FutureMACH Pitch Day program, all entrants must agree to the following terms:

  1. Eligibility
    Entries are open to shortlisted startup organizations at the Pre-Seed, Seed or Series A stage, with less than $2 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR).
  2. Submission Requirements
    All written questions must be completed in full through the submission portal by the stated deadline. Incomplete or late submissions will not be accepted.
  3. Authorization to Submit
    By submitting an entry, you confirm that you are authorized to do so on behalf of the company listed and that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
  4. Participation in Pitch Day
    Only entries that meet eligibility criteria and have submitted a completed, validated written application will be invited to participate in the live virtual Pitch Day on July 22, 2025. Calendar invitations and joining instructions will be shared following submission review.
  5. Marketing & Promotion Rights
    By submitting, you grant MACH Alliance the right to use your company name, logo, and non-confidential project information for program promotion, event content, and public communications, including post-event materials and press.
  6. Confidentiality
    All judges are required to maintain confidentiality and declare any conflicts of interest. However, entrants are advised not to include proprietary or sensitive IP in their submissions or presentations. MACH Alliance is not responsible for the protection of confidential information submitted.
  7. Selection & Awards
    Finalists and winners are determined at the discretion of the judging panel, based on published criteria. Participation does not imply or guarantee any commercial engagement, funding, or endorsment by MACH Alliance, its members, or participating VC firms.
  8. Right to Disqualify
    MACH Alliance reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, ineligible, misrepresents its intentions, or violates the integrity of the competition process.
