We've ignited the fire with two electrifying Women in MACH Flagship Events in the past two years, and the blaze of success has been nothing short of phenomenal! But this year, we're not just stepping up our game – we're going supernova, ensuring that every passionate soul longing to be part of our movement secures their spot at our exhilarating 1.5-day event!

Feel the pulse of the Women in MACH movement – it's contagious! With our second mentorship program launched at MACH 3, our educational series EnlightenHer blazing a trail on LinkedIn with riveting live sessions, and our quickly growing presence in local markets, we're not just making waves – we're creating a tsunami of change.

Event Purpose

1. Foster Inclusivity and Diversity: Create an environment where women feel welcomed, valued, and supported in the tech industry. Encourage allies (m/f/d) to actively participate in promoting diversity and inclusivity within their workplaces.

2. Empowerment Through Networking: Provide opportunities for women to connect with other professionals in the tech industry, fostering mentorship, collaboration, and the exchange of ideas. Encourage supporters to engage in meaningful conversations and mentorship relationships with women attendees.

3. Skill Enhancement and Career Development: Offer workshops, panel discussions, and training sessions tailored to the specific needs and challenges faced by women in tech. Empower women to enhance their skills, advance their careers, and overcome barriers to success. Encourage allies (m/f/d) to advocate for equal opportunities and support the professional growth of women in the industry.

4. Inspire Leadership and Visibility: Showcase successful women leaders in the tech industry as role models and mentors. Highlight their achievements, leadership qualities, and contributions to the field. Encourage women to aspire to leadership positions and empower supporters to advocate for gender diversity in leadership roles.

5. Advocate for Gender Equality: Raise awareness about the importance of gender equality in the tech industry and the benefits of having diverse teams. Advocate for policies and practices that promote equal opportunities, fair treatment, and representation of women in tech. Encourage supporters to become active allies in the fight for gender equality and to use their influence to drive positive change within their organizations and the broader tech community.

This 1.5-day event will bring together over 300 women in tech and select #Allies (m/f/d) to provide them with mentorship, education, and support. You don’t need to be in a senior role already. We are an open, inclusive community for all professional levels!

Who should attend Women in MACH: Breaking Barriers, Building Futures?

2. Allies (m/f/d): Who actively support gender diversity and equality in the tech industry, including colleagues, managers, executives, mentors, sponsors, and advocates.

3. Tech Industry Leaders: Representatives from tech companies, startups, venture capital firms, academic institutions, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations who are committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in the tech sector.

4. Diversity and Inclusion Professionals: Individuals who specialize in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within organizations, as well as consultants, trainers, and experts in the field.
