City-break shoppers see every hotel on a map next to the points of interest they care about, with walking routes and what guests say.
Your Golf Travel AI Trip Advisor
Golfers describe a trip in their own words and get resorts ranked on what similar groups actually booked, with the reasons shown.
A conversational advisor that turns Your Golf Travel's booking history into personal golf trip recommendations, then hands the quote to a human advisor. Built at the MACH AI Exchange, where MACH Alliance members work on a brand's live business problem.
Asks only for what is missing from a trip brief, ranks priced resorts on real booking behavior, and passes every price and booking to an advisor.

Why this exists
Your Golf Travel sends 250,000 golfers a year to 3,500 destinations. Most of that buying still runs through the call center, because the website can only filter by country, nights, and rounds.

Golfers don't shop that way. They describe a trip: somewhere warm in February, a group with mixed handicaps, a course an older player can walk. A filter can't answer that, and a generic chatbot will confidently invent the detail that sounds right.
What this demonstrates
- Recommendations are based on what golf groups actually booked together, not on brochure copy.
- Every suggestion shows why it was chosen and where the information came from, so customers and staff can trust it.
- Courses the group's handicaps can't play are ruled out before they are shown.

- The AI never promises a price or availability. Every quote goes to a human advisor, so margin and accuracy stay with the business.
- Guide prices come from Your Golf Travel's own published feed, covering 341 of its 347 most popular venues.
What you would add to ship it
- Connecting quote requests to Your Golf Travel's lead desk.
- Adding the full set of customer reviews. This build uses a sample.
Architecture
A golfer writes a trip brief in plain language. The agent fills in what it can and asks only for the gaps: where, when, and how many. A language model writes the replies; it does not choose the resorts.

Choosing is done in code. Resorts are ranked on nine factors drawn from a travel knowledge graph of 2,442 courses, venues, and places across 27 countries, built from Your Golf Travel's own booking records. Because ranking happens before any text is written, the explanation can't be invented after the fact.
Each recommendation card carries its reasons and its source, a policy check reviews every answer, and the quote form hands the conversation to an advisor.
