Agent Solutions Hub

Terms and Conditions

Last updated September 24, 2026

These Terms govern two things: (1) submitting a solution for consideration by the MACH Alliance Agent Solutions Hub ("the Hub"), and (2) using content published on the Hub. By submitting a solution or by accessing the Hub, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms supplement, and are incorporated into, the MACH Alliance Terms of Use. Where these Terms are silent, the Terms of Use apply. Where these Terms conflict with the Terms of Use on a matter specific to the Hub, these Terms govern.

Part 1: Terms for Submitting a Solution

1.1 Who can submit

You confirm that you are authorized to submit information on behalf of the organization(s) named in your submission, and that you have the right to share the details, images, links, and materials you provide.

1.2 Accuracy of information

You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you submit, including outcome figures, maturity status, contributor credits, and technical claims. The MACH Alliance relies on submitters to represent their solutions honestly and does not independently verify claims made in a submission.

1.3 Editorial discretion

Submission does not guarantee publication. Every submission is reviewed, and the MACH Alliance may:

  • decline to publish a submission, at its sole discretion;
  • request changes before publication;
  • edit, condense, or rephrase submitted content for clarity, consistency, or house style;
  • decide how a solution is categorized, tagged, and described on the Hub;
  • hold a submission until the underlying solution is live in production, where the Hub's stated criteria require this.

A listing on the Hub is an editorial decision and does not constitute certification, endorsement, or approval by the MACH Alliance of the solution, the technology, or the submitting organization.

1.4 License to publish

By submitting content, you grant the MACH Alliance a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to publish, reproduce, adapt, and display the submitted content (including logos and images you provide) on the Hub and in related promotional materials, until you request its removal.

This license is limited to the purposes stated above. It does not include the right to sell, resell, or sublicense the submitted content to third parties for their own commercial use. For Hub submissions specifically, this clause governs in place of the general Contribution License in the Terms of Use.

1.5 Crediting

MACH Alliance will credit organizations based on what the submission states. Where a submission names one company as owner or lead, that is the company the page credits. The MACH Alliance is not responsible for disputes between co-contributors over credit, ownership, or role attribution, submitters are expected to resolve these before submitting.

1.6 No personal data of third parties

Submissions should name organizations, not individuals. Do not include the name, email address, job title, or other personal details of any individual (other than yourself as the submitting contact) without their consent.

Your own name, job title, and organization, provided as the submitting contact, will appear on the published listing. This is treated as content posted to a public area of the Services under the Privacy Policy, not as data held under a private account. A request to remove this information is handled as a listing removal under Section 1.7, not as a standalone data erasure request.

1.7 Removal and updates

You may request that your solution be updated or removed from the Hub at any time by contacting info@machalliance.org. The MACH Alliance may also remove or update a listing at its discretion, for example, if information becomes outdated, inaccurate, or if the underlying solution is discontinued.

For Hub content, this removal right governs in place of the irrevocable, perpetual license described elsewhere in the Terms of Use. Removal means the MACH Alliance will stop actively publishing the listing on the Hub. It does not require the MACH Alliance to retrieve or delete copies already shared through other channels prior to the removal request, including social media, newsletters, or other promotional material.

1.8 No compensation

Submission and publication are free. MACH Alliance does not pay for listings, and submitting organizations do not pay for placement. There is no paid placement, ranking boost, or sponsorship available on the Hub.

1.9 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the MACH Alliance, its officers, employees, members, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to: (a) your submission or its use on the Hub; (b) any breach of these Terms; (c) any claim that your submission infringes or misappropriates a third party's rights; or (d) any claim arising from inaccurate, confidential, or personal information included in your submission. The MACH Alliance will provide prompt notice of any such claim and may participate in its defense at its own expense.

This clause restates, for Hub submissions specifically, the indemnification obligation already set out in the MACH Alliance Terms of Use.

1.10 Use of the MACH Alliance name

You may not use the MACH Alliance name or logo to suggest that your product, implementation, or service is certified, approved, or endorsed by the MACH Alliance.

Part 2: Terms for Using the Hub and Its Content

2.1 Informational purposes only

Content on the Hub, including problem statements, outcome claims, and architecture descriptions, is provided for informational purposes only. It reflects what contributors have reported and has not been independently audited by MACH Alliance.

2.2 No warranty

The Hub and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The MACH Alliance does not warrant that any listed solution will perform as described, is currently maintained, or is suitable for your use case.

2.3 No professional advice

Nothing on the Hub constitutes technical, legal, financial, or procurement advice. Any decision to adopt, license, or build on a listed solution, or on any linked code, documentation, or sandbox, is made at your own risk and should be independently evaluated.

2.4 Third-party links and code

The Hub links to third-party code repositories, documentation, sandboxes, and case studies that the MACH Alliance does not control and is not responsible for. Use of any linked code or resource is subject to that resource's own license and terms.

Some linked resources are live sandbox environments hosted by third parties. Do not enter real credentials, production data, or other sensitive information into a sandbox linked from the Hub.

2.5 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the MACH Alliance and its employees and affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Hub or any content published on it.

2.6 Intellectual property

Logos, trademarks, and brand names displayed on the Hub belong to their respective owners and are used with permission for identification purposes. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any trademark, code, or content to the MACH Alliance or to any other user of the Hub.

2.7 Changes to these Terms

MACH Alliance may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Hub, or submission of new solutions, after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.8 Contact

Questions about these Terms, or requests to update or remove a listing, can be sent to info@machalliance.org.
