Psycho Bunny Store Replenishment Agent

Stock moves to where demand actually is, cutting stockouts and lost sales across four stores.

Inventory and order data drive an agent that decides where and when to replenish, live in four stores.

What the agent does

Reads stock and order history to work out demand, then recommends what to replenish, when, and to which location.

The problem

Why this exists

Store replenishment is decided on a cadence rather than on demand, because working out the right quantity for the right location takes longer than the cadence allows. The result is stock in the wrong place: a stockout in one store while another marks the same item down.

The data needed to do better already exists in the order management system. What is missing is something that reads it continuously and acts on the pattern rather than on the calendar.

02
Outcomes

What changes when this is in place

  • Stockouts fall because replenishment is decided on demand rather than on a fixed cadence.
  • Underselling is avoided, so stock available in one location is sold rather than left sitting there.
  • Margins improve because replenishment decisions account for where demand is rather than where the stock happens to be.

  • The agent is live in four stores, so this is a staged rollout rather than a chain-wide deployment.

How it works

Architecture

Inventory and order data held in Fluent Commerce is consumed by the Intelo.ai agent, which determines ordering patterns and expected demand. On that basis it recommends where and when to replenish inventory, and to which locations.

Integration is over APIs and webhooks. The webhook path matters: replenishment quality depends on reacting to inventory movement as it happens rather than on a scheduled pull.

Intelo.ai built and operates the agent. Fluent supplies the inventory and order system it reasons over.
