A cloud-native architecture provides a secure, global, and multi-tenant solution with continuous deployment automation. Component-based microservices improve productivity and speed for implementation through modular architecture, decoupled components, and independent scalability. Digitally-enabled experiences simplify back-office functions while remaining accessible via APIs, offering self-service tools, developer resources, and reporting capabilities.
The ongoing transformation is supported by the launch of a developer portal and an expanding ecosystem of technology partners. Continued investment is focused on enhancing in-store and online payment experiences, including recurring payments, analytics, fraud prevention, and other commerce solutions.*
